Differences in terminology, client expectations and variances in product or service offerings worldwide create confusion for clients. The Alliance exists to help ensure consistency across housing sectors, helping clients have peace of mind when booking accommodation.

This collaborative partnership of Not for Profit trade organizations and associations supports clients worldwide by:

  • Sharing industry resources and best practice

  • Promoting consistency of housing product/services via professionally accredited and credentialed providers/operators
